Flex IT Welcomes Sam and Ryan to the Team
Flex IT has welcomed two new members of staff, with Sam joining as an Apprentice IT Technician and Ryan joining as a Senior Technician.
Sam joins Flex at the start of his career in IT and will be working alongside the rest of the team while completing his apprenticeship. He’ll be gaining hands-on experience supporting our customers, working on a wide range of IT issues and learning the systems and technologies we use every day.
Ryan joins Flex with a wealth of experience in IT support and will be taking on a senior role within the team. He’ll be working with customers on both day-to-day support and more complex technical issues, as well as sharing his experience with other members of the help desk.
The new appointments come as Flex continues to grow its team in Shrewsbury and support businesses across Shropshire and the surrounding areas.

“We’ve always been keen to give people the opportunity to start and develop their careers in IT, so it’s great to have Sam joining us as an apprentice. Ryan brings a lot of experience with him as well, which will be a real benefit to the team and our customers.”
Sam and Ryan have both now started in their new roles and are already getting involved with the day-to-day work at Flex.
